In accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store data compliance standards, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your Snooker Club account and all associated personal and game data at any time.

⚠️ Important Warning:

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your rank, statistics, coins, cash, cues, tournament rings, and Velvet Pass progress cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can instantly delete your account directly from within the game client on your mobile device:

  1. Open Snooker Club on your Android or iOS device.
  2. Tap your Profile Picture at the top-left corner of the main lobby.
  3. Tap the Settings (Gear icon ⚙️) button.
  4. Scroll down to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
  5. Type DELETE into the confirmation field and press Delete Forever.

Your account will be instantly unlinked and queued for immediate database erasure.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request (Support Portal)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your mobile device, you can request account deletion by contacting our privacy compliance team:

  • Send an email to with the subject line Account Deletion Request - Snooker Club.
  • Include your in-game Unique ID (which can be found in your profile or previous purchase confirmation receipts).
  • If your account was linked to Google Play Games or Apple ID, please send the request from the verified email address associated with that account.

Our team will verify the request and complete the deletion within 14 to 30 days.

Data Deletion Breakdown

Data That Is Deleted:

  • Player Profile, avatar & nickname
  • Virtual currency balance (Coins & Cash)
  • All unlocked cues & cue upgrades
  • Friends list, match history & chat logs
  • Club memberships & leaderboards
  • Third-party authentication links

Data Kept for Compliance:

  • Anonymized financial purchase receipts (retained strictly for statutory tax, fraud prevention, and accounting audits)
  • Moderation logs of past policy violations

Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription (such as Velvet Pass). Please manage or cancel active subscriptions directly through your device's Google Play or Apple ID subscription manager.
