Snooker Club ("the game", application ID: com.NexGamePlay.ScookerClub) is published and operated by NexGamePlay ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information through our Android and iOS applications and our associated web pages.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to deliver authentic, smooth, and fair multiplayer snooker gameplay:

  • Account Data: When you open the game, a secure anonymous guest account is generated using Firebase Authentication. If you connect Google Play Games or Apple Game Center / Sign in with Apple, we receive a unique account token, your display name, and email address provided by the identity provider.
  • Profile & In-Game Statistics: Your chosen nickname, profile avatar, country flag, league rank, win/loss stats, high break records (including 147 maximum breaks), tournament trophies, and rings.
  • Virtual Items & Wallet: Coins, Cash, unlocked cues, cue pieces, table felts, Velvet Pass progress, and transaction receipt tokens from Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase. We never receive or store your credit card or financial details; transactions are securely processed by the platform app stores.
  • Social & Multiplayer: Friends lists, club memberships, match chat messages, and table challenge invitations.
  • Telemetry & Diagnostics: Device model, OS version, performance metrics, and crash logs through Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics to diagnose technical problems and optimize frame rates.
  • Advertising: If you choose to view rewarded video ads for free coins or items, Google AdMob may process device identifiers and ad engagement data in accordance with Google's policies and regional consent frameworks (GDPR / CCPA).

2. How We Use Information

  • To match you with real opponents worldwide in 1v1 snooker, 8-ball, and 9-ball.
  • To maintain player rankings, monthly 147 records, and weekly club leagues.
  • To prevent fraudulent coin transfers, cheating, and abusive behavior.
  • To distribute daily rewards, Velvet Pass rewards, and victory boxes.
  • To troubleshoot game crashes and roll out stability improvements.

3. Third-Party Services & Disclosures

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose information only to vetted service providers strictly necessary to operate the game:

  • Google Firebase: Database synchronization, cloud functions, authentication, and push notifications.
  • Google AdMob: Privacy-compliant rewarded advertising.
  • Apple App Store & Google Play Store: Secure payment processing and app distribution.

4. Data Retention & Security

Your game profile and virtual inventory are retained for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your profile, match history, club membership, friends list, and sign-in credentials are permanently erased from our live databases within 30 days. Encrypted database backups are cycled out within 30 days.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You have full control over your data:

  • Account Deletion: You can delete your account inside the game (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or online via our Account Deletion Page.
  • Notifications: Push notifications and reminders can be toggled off at any time in the in-game settings or your device OS settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Snooker Club is intended for general audiences aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly delete the data.
