Terms of Service

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Welcome to Snooker Club! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and NexGamePlay ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of Snooker Club (application identifier: com.NexGamePlay.ScookerClub) on Android and iOS platforms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to play Snooker Club. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf before you begin playing.

2. Account Security & Ownership

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login credentials. Guest accounts exist locally on your device; linking your progress to Google Play or Apple ensures seamless data restoration across devices. You may not sell, trade, or transfer your game account or virtual items to any third party.

3. Virtual Currency & In-Game Items

Coins, Cash, Cues, Frames, Velvet Pass tiers, and Boxes are digital virtual items licensed to you on a limited, revocable, and non-transferable basis. They have zero real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency or prizes outside of the game software. We reserve the right to regulate, modify, or rebalance virtual items to preserve fair competitive balance.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

All in-game purchases are processed securely through Google Play or Apple App Store checkout systems. Except where mandated by local consumer protection statutes or platform store refund policies, purchases are final and non-refundable. Monthly Velvet Pass subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play account management settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.

5. Community Rules & Fair Play

To preserve a fun and competitive environment for all players, you agree not to:

  • Deploy bots, aim assistance tools, memory injectors, modded APKs, or exploits.
  • Engage in win-trading, match manipulation, or coin farming schemes.
  • Transmit abusive, vulgar, defamatory, or harassing messages in in-game chat or club names.
  • Impersonate NexGamePlay staff or other players.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary matchmaking bans, coin forfeiture, or permanent account termination.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Snooker Club is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. NexGamePlay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the game services.
